Comic-Con 2025

IACG Multimedia College once again presented its creative expertise at Comic-Con Hyderabad 2025, leaving a great impact on attendees and fellow competitors. IACG displayed its commitment with wonderful cosplays, an engaging exhibition stall, and a total of five awards across multiple categories. It nurtured the talents and pushed the boundaries of multimedia arts. Totally 26 students from Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Intermediate programs have participated this year. They strengthened IACG’s position as India’s premier professional academy for cosplay, gaming, and multimedia creativity.

Day-by-Day Highlights

  • Sai Pranav won the Comic Category with his portrayal of Dr Doom. His performance enchanted everyone.
  • Alok earned the Gaming Category award with his stunning Pharoahxsuit PUBG cosplay.
  • Shashank’s fascinating performance as Chary Ryuk from Death Note seized the judges’ attention. He won the Anime Category award.
    • No awards were presented on that day. But students continued to amaze the crowd with their creativity and dedication.
  • Venkat Yuvaraj brought DARKDEKU (a character from My Hero Academia) to life. It earned him the Gaming Category award. 
  • Sree Harsha won the Sci-fi/Fantasy Category award with his captivating portrayal of Mordkiser.

The IACG Stall

Adding to the festivities, the IACG stall was a hub of excitement and innovation throughout the event:

  • Interactive Demonstrations: Visitors engaged in live demos of 3D modeling, digital painting, and animation processes, gaining insight into the creative workflows of IACG students.
  • Showcase of Talent: Stunning digital artworks, intricate animation displays, and cutting-edge game designs showcased the unparalleled skills of IACG’s students.
  • A Networking Hotspot: The stall brought together professionals, students, and enthusiasts, fostering discussions about the future of multimedia arts.

Multimedia Education

It’s another milestone for IACG, with five awards and remarkable performances across all three days at Comic-Con Hyderabad 2025. The achievements of Sai Pranav, Alok, Shashank, Venkat Yuvaraj, and Sree Harsha highlighted the college’s dedication to creative excellence. Students from Animation, VFX, Gaming, Film-making, Art & Design, Graphic Designing, and CGA programs showcased their innovation, skill, and passion, reinforcing IACG’s reputation as a hub of multimedia arts.

As Comic-Con Hyderabad 2025 concluded, IACG’s students proved that their creativity not only sets industry benchmarks but also inspires the next generation of multimedia visionaries.
