Placements Process
Placement Overview at IACG
IACG has consistently maintained a 100% placement record, owing to a systematic and strategic engagement with the industry. Final placements are the result of regular interaction with industry partners, who receive periodic updates on student work throughout the program.
From the very beginning of the course, students receive continuous career counseling to identify their goals and aspirations. These are then matched and followed up with relevant companies, ensuring maximum alignment between student ambitions and company requirements.
This process not only helps students secure their ‘dream’ jobs, but also enables visiting companies to identify the ‘right’ candidates for their organizations.

The Placement Process Includes:
- Facilitating industrial training and industry-linked project work for students.
- Preparing a comprehensive placement handout for final placements.
- Communicating and building relationships with potential recruiters.
- Organizing pre-placement visits to companies.
- Inviting potential recruiters for on-campus placements.
- Continuing placement support beyond the official drive, until all students are placed.
- Administering language proficiency assessments and offering language skill improvement programs for final-year students.
- Providing training sessions to enhance placement readiness and increase chances of securing better salary packages.
- Managing follow-up, joining formalities, and other administrative activities post-placement.
